PEAK is one of the largest trade shows and conventions in North America focused exclusively on the business and food production of poultry.

The Midwest Poultry Federation (MPF) was founded in 1971 and held its first convention in Minneapolis in 1972. MPF’s primary purpose is to host an annual convention emphasizing on-farm poultry production. The convention’s goal is to offer cutting-edge information to attendees through a balanced offering of exhibits and educational workshops. After 51 years, the name of the MPF Convention was rebranded to PEAK (Progress, Experience, Advancement, Knowledge).
In conjunction with PEAK, the 74th annual North Central Avian Disease Conference (NCADC) will be held in-person. At this event, Probiotech and Carl Julien from CRSAD (Centre de Recherche en Sciences Animales de Deschambault) and Université Laval will participate and give a talk on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. titled: In-vitro evaluation of anticoccidial sensitivity and phytogenics on field Eimeria strains.
