This three-day immersive program features a blend of interactive classroom sessions and hands-on experiences, led by industry experts. Participants will delve into critical topics such as shell egg food safety, sanitation practices, foodborne illness prevention, the FDA’s egg rules, and consumer-driven trends in the table egg industry.
