The Shell Egg Academy provides an ideal venue for participants to further their knowledge about egg quality and egg safety.

(York, Pa., September 25, 2022) York Ag, a dynamic supplier of holistic ingredient solutions that optimize animal well-being, became a sponsor of the 2022 Shell Egg Academy (SEA) at Purdue University (September 27-29, 2022).  SEA is a learning experience and education opportunity for the egg production and processing industries. Through a combination of interactive classroom experiences taught by expert speakers, and hands-on learning, participants are provided the latest information on egg quality and egg safety.

Organized as a three-day program, SEA provides a deeper dive and training on shell egg food safety on the production side, sanitation food borne illness outbreaks, FDA’s egg rule, egg quality impacts, and table egg industry trends from a consumer perspective.
