Organized through a partnership between the Florida Poultry Federation and the North Carolina Egg Association, this annual event brings together egg producers and allied industry representatives from 10 southeastern states. The event provides opportunities for networking, education, and discussion of key issues affecting the egg industry, including flock health, biosecurity, market conditions, and the ongoing response to highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI).
