Topics include rumen fermentation, backgrounding practices, and practical tools for feedlot operations. The agenda reflects input from Pennsylvania’s beef industry and provides attendees with research-driven insights from respected thought leaders.
Featured speakers include Dr. Todd Callaway of the University of Georgia and Dr. Nicolas DiLorenzo of the University of Florida, both recognized for their contributions to ruminant nutrition research.
