York Ag Appoints Dustin Dreyfuss as President

(York, Pa., Jan. 4, 2026) York Ag, a dynamic supplier of holistic ingredient solutions that optimize animal well-being, has appointed Dustin Dreyfuss as President. Dreyfuss brings more than 15 years of experience across sales, marketing, and operations in the poultry and dairy industries and will oversee all aspects of the business in his new role.

Dreyfuss said his focus will be on strengthening operational structure while preserving the service-driven culture that has defined York Ag’s success.
“Guided by our core values, we’ll continue to add the right structure to support growth while protecting the level of service our customers expect from us,” said Dreyfuss. “We want to remain nimble, forward-thinking and responsive, even as we evolve. Dreyfuss succeeds Bill Achor, who remains CEO of the company.

Achor said the transition positions York Ag well for its next chapter.
